Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz light rum
  • 1.50 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz overproof rum
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • 0.75 oz grapefruit juice
  • 0.50 oz cinnamon syrup
  • 0.25 oz grenadine
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 mint sprig
  • 1 cherry

Instructions

  1. Combine light rum, dark rum, overproof rum, lime juice, grapefruit juice, cinnamon syrup, grenadine, and Angostura bitters in a shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with crushed ice and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain the mixture into a tall chimney or Collins glass filled with fresh crushed ice.
