  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons bourbon
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons rum
  • 3 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Cinnamon stick (for stirring)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms peaks, ensuring not to over-beat.
