Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Cachaça
  • 1/2 oz Açaí Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Homemade Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 Lime
  • 9 Cranberries
  • 3 Rosemary Sprigs

  1. Cut the lime into three slices.
  2. In a shaker, add the lime slices (pulp side up), six cranberries, and one rosemary sprig.
  3. Gently muddle the ingredients for 5-7 seconds.
  4. Add cachaça, açaí liqueur, and cubed ice to the shaker.
  5. Shake the mixture for 10-20 seconds.
  6. Pour the cocktail into a lowball glass.
  7. Garnish with the remaining three cranberries and two rosemary sprigs.
