Ingredients

  • 1 oz 13th Street Winery Riesling Reserve Icewine 2019
  • 3 oz 13th Street Winery Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2018
  • 1/2 oz Kvas Northern Maple Old Fashioned Simple Syrup
  • 1 strip orange zest

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  2. Add the Riesling Icewine, Cabernet Sauvignon, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  3. Vigorously shake until cold.
  4. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with a strip of orange zest.
