Ingredients

  • 1 oz. St-Germain liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. superfine sugar
  • 6 green grapes
  • 1 tangerine
  • 1/4 ruby red grapefruit
  • 6 oz. Prosecco

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass, combine St-Germain liqueur and superfine sugar; stir until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add green grapes, tangerine slices, and ruby red grapefruit; mix gently.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. To serve, spoon some fruit and about 1 tablespoon of the liquid into a glass.
  5. Pour the chilled Prosecco over the fruit mixture in the glass.
