Ingredients
- 1 oz. St-Germain liqueur
- 1/2 oz. superfine sugar
- 6 green grapes
- 1 tangerine
- 1/4 ruby red grapefruit
- 6 oz. Prosecco
Instructions
- In a mixing glass, combine St-Germain liqueur and superfine sugar; stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Add green grapes, tangerine slices, and ruby red grapefruit; mix gently.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- To serve, spoon some fruit and about 1 tablespoon of the liquid into a glass.
- Pour the chilled Prosecco over the fruit mixture in the glass.
