Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz. St-Germain liqueur
  • 1/3 oz. superfine sugar
  • 5-6 green grapes
  • 1 tangerine
  • 1/4 small ruby red grapefruit
  • 3 oz. Prosecco

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix St-Germain liqueur and superfine sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add green grapes, tangerines, and ruby red grapefruit; stir to combine.
  3. Refrigerate until chilled, for at least 30 minutes.
  4. To serve, spoon some fruit and about 1 tablespoon of the liquid into a glass.
  5. Pour 3 oz. of chilled prosecco into the glass.
