Ingredients
- 3/4 oz. St-Germain liqueur
- 1/3 oz. superfine sugar
- 5-6 green grapes
- 1 tangerine
- 1/4 small ruby red grapefruit
- 3 oz. Prosecco
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix St-Germain liqueur and superfine sugar until the sugar dissolves.
- Add green grapes, tangerines, and ruby red grapefruit; stir to combine.
- Refrigerate until chilled, for at least 30 minutes.
- To serve, spoon some fruit and about 1 tablespoon of the liquid into a glass.
- Pour 3 oz. of chilled prosecco into the glass.
