Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 1 blood orange (if in season)
- 1 lime
- 1/4 red grapefruit
- 6 oz dry Spanish white wine (such as Garnacha Blanca)
- 1/2 oz fresh orange juice, strained (no pulp)
- 1/2 oz orange liqueur (Cointreau or Patron recommended)
- 1/2 oz club soda
- 1 oz fresh cranberries or pomegranate arils, for garnish
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary, for garnish
- ice
Instructions
- Slice the orange, blood orange, lime, and grapefruit crosswise into 1/4" slices and add them to a pitcher or serving container.
- Pour the white wine, orange juice, and orange liqueur over the fruit. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Stir in club soda and serve the sangria over ice.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.
