Ingredients

  • 1 orange
  • 1 blood orange (if in season)
  • 1 lime
  • 1/4 red grapefruit
  • 6 oz dry Spanish white wine (such as Garnacha Blanca)
  • 1/2 oz fresh orange juice, strained (no pulp)
  • 1/2 oz orange liqueur (Cointreau or Patron recommended)
  • 1/2 oz club soda
  • 1 oz fresh cranberries or pomegranate arils, for garnish
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary, for garnish
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Slice the orange, blood orange, lime, and grapefruit crosswise into 1/4" slices and add them to a pitcher or serving container.
  2. Pour the white wine, orange juice, and orange liqueur over the fruit. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Stir in club soda and serve the sangria over ice.
  4. Garnish with fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.
