Winston's Whisky Cinnamon Punch
A rich and bold cocktail featuring blended Scotch whisky, cold brew coffee, maple syrup, and a hint of angostura bitters, with a smoky cinnamon twist, paying homage to the legendary Winston Churchill.

Ingredients
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- 2 oz. blended Scotch whisky
- 0.80 oz. cold brew coffee or cooled espresso
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- Dash of angostura bitters
- Few ice cubes
Instructions
- Place a martini glass in the freezer for 10 minutes to chill.
- Light one end of the cinnamon stick with a gas flame. Once the flame goes out, let the stick cool.
- Remove the chilled glass from the freezer.
- In a sealed cocktail shaker or a jam jar with a lid, shake the blended Scotch whisky, cold brew coffee, maple syrup, and angostura bitters with a few ice cubes.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
- Finely grate over some of the unburnt end of the cinnamon stick and then float the stick in the glass.
- Serve and enjoy!
