- 0.50 oz black cherry gelatin
- 0.25 oz unflavored gelatin (optional)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup Creme de Cacao
- 2 tbsp cold coffee
- 1 maraschino cherry with stem
- 0.20 oz whipped cream
- 0.10 oz chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Heat water in a microwave-safe measuring cup until it begins to boil.
- In a large container with a pouring spout, mix the black cherry gelatin with the boiling water until fully dissolved.
- Add the Creme de Cacao and cold coffee to the gelatin mixture, stirring to combine.
- Arrange small disposable plastic or paper cups in a container to prevent spills.
- Pour an equal amount of the jello mixture into each cup and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
