Ingredients

  • 0.50 oz black cherry gelatin
  • 0.25 oz unflavored gelatin (optional)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 cup Creme de Cacao
  • 2 tbsp cold coffee
  • 1 maraschino cherry with stem
  • 0.20 oz whipped cream
  • 0.10 oz chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Heat water in a microwave-safe measuring cup until it begins to boil.
  2. In a large container with a pouring spout, mix the black cherry gelatin with the boiling water until fully dissolved.
  3. Add the Creme de Cacao and cold coffee to the gelatin mixture, stirring to combine.
  4. Arrange small disposable plastic or paper cups in a container to prevent spills.
  5. Pour an equal amount of the jello mixture into each cup and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Prior to serving, shake the can of whipped cream well and spray a small dollop over each cup. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with a maraschino cherry.
