Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate Juice
  • 2 ounces Vodka
  • 1 ounce Chambord
  • 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 large Egg White

Instructions

  1. Separate the egg yolk from the white. Discard the yolk and pour the egg white into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Place the remaining ingredients into the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously without ice for 1 minute.
  3. Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake again vigorously for another 1 minute.
  4. Using a cocktail strainer, strain the cocktail into a martini glass.
