Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Signal Hill Whiskey
  • 1 large Spoonful of Apricot Jam
  • 0.50 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 0.50 oz Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 1 Egg White

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine Signal Hill Whiskey, apricot jam, lemon juice, orange juice, and egg white.
  2. Dry shake vigorously (without ice).
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until the shaker becomes too cold to touch.
  4. Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
