Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Egg White
- Ice
Instructions
- Measure 2 oz Bourbon into a shaker.
- Add 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice to the shaker.
- Pour 1/2 oz Simple Syrup into the shaker.
- Carefully add 1/2 oz Egg White to the shaker last.
- Shake the ingredients vigorously for at least 10 seconds without adding ice (dry shake).
- Once shaken, add ice to the shaker.
- Shake again for at least another 10 seconds to chill and slightly dilute the drink.
- Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
