Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Egg White
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Measure 2 oz Bourbon into a shaker.
  2. Add 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice to the shaker.
  3. Pour 1/2 oz Simple Syrup into the shaker.
  4. Carefully add 1/2 oz Egg White to the shaker last.
  5. Shake the ingredients vigorously for at least 10 seconds without adding ice (dry shake).
  6. Once shaken, add ice to the shaker.
  7. Shake again for at least another 10 seconds to chill and slightly dilute the drink.
  8. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
  9. Optionally, add decorative bitters on top for a fun design.
