Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Hot Water
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Instant Coffee
  • 1 oz Espresso Vodka
  • 1 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1 oz Rum Chata
  • 1/2 cup Ice
  • 1/4-1/2 cup Milk (Optional, see notes)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or stand mixer, combine hot water, sugar, and instant coffee. Whisk until the mixture becomes light in color, smooth, and airy.
  2. In a shaker, pour espresso vodka, Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, and Rum Chata over ice.
  3. Shake the mixture vigorously for about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour the contents into a martini glass.
  5. Top with the whipped coffee and serve cold. Optionally, stir the whipped coffee into the martini for an integrated flavor experience.
