- 1/16 cup strong coffee (equivalent to 1 tablespoon)
- 1-2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 5/8 cup heavy cream (equivalent to 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon)
Instructions
- Prepare a strong coffee, ideally espresso, and add the desired amount of sugar to the hot coffee.
- Refrigerate the coffee until it is very cold, preferably overnight.
- In a medium bowl, beat the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Slowly drizzle in the cold coffee while continuing to beat the cream until it thickens.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about an hour.
