Ingredients
- 2 cups of rosé wine
- 1 cup frozen seedless watermelon cubes
- Juice of 1/4 lime
- 1/2 - 1 tablespoon agave or honey (to taste)
- Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Pour the rosé wine into ice cube trays and freeze until slushy, ideally overnight. Reserve 1/4 cup of wine for the blending mix.
- Freeze the cubed watermelon overnight as well.
- Combine the frozen watermelon, honey, lime juice, wine cubes, and the reserved 1/4 cup of wine in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a glass. If it's very thick, use an ice cream scoop to serve.
- Garnish with lime, watermelon slices, or mint. Serve immediately.
