Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rosé wine
  • 1 cup frozen seedless watermelon cubes
  • Juice of 1/4 lime
  • 1/2 - 1 tablespoon agave or honey (to taste)
  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Pour the rosé wine into ice cube trays and freeze until slushy, ideally overnight. Reserve 1/4 cup of wine for the blending mix.
  2. Freeze the cubed watermelon overnight as well.
  3. Combine the frozen watermelon, honey, lime juice, wine cubes, and the reserved 1/4 cup of wine in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a glass. If it's very thick, use an ice cream scoop to serve.
  5. Garnish with lime, watermelon slices, or mint. Serve immediately.
