Ingredients

- 3/8 oz Grand Marnier

- 1 teaspoon orange marmalade
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz gin, 1/2 oz lemon juice, and 3/8 oz Grand Marnier.
- Add 1/2 egg white and 1 teaspoon orange marmalade to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously until frothy, about 1 minute.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake until the outside is frosty, about 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
