Vegan Whisky Coconut Cream
A creamy, vegan-friendly take on the beloved Baileys Irish Cream, featuring coconut milk, whisky, and a hint of coffee.
Ingredients
- 2.50 oz Scotch whisky or Irish whiskey
- 2 tbsp strong fresh coffee, cooled OR 1 heaped tsp instant coffee (dissolved in small amount of boiling water and left to cool)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 4-6 tbsp agave syrup, or more to taste
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend for 2 minutes or until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness, whisky strength, or coffee strength as desired.
- Blend again.
- If storing in the fridge, reheat it in the microwave or in a pan of hot water and whisk it up.
