Ingredients

  • 1.40 oz Condensed Coconut Milk
  • 1.60 oz Cream of Coconut (sweetened coconut cream)
  • 1.60 oz Canned Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Almond Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1.50 oz Dark Rum or Spiced Rum

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender: condensed coconut milk, cream of coconut, canned coconut milk, almond milk, rum, vanilla extract, and spices.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth, for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Chill the cocktail in a sealed glass bottle or jug in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Before serving, shake or stir, and adjust the thickness to your liking by adding 2-4 tablespoons of extra almond milk.
  5. Serve in a glass with a stick of cinnamon and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
