Vanilla Peach Prosecco Fizz
A refreshing and elegant cocktail that combines peach pureé, vanilla syrup, and sparkling wine for a delightful and aromatic drink.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe peach, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 teaspoon of Nielsen Massey Vanilla Bean Paste, or 1/4 of a Vanilla Bean
- 4 oz. sparking wine/prosecco/champagne
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and water over medium-low heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the vanilla bean paste or the scraped seeds and pod of the vanilla bean.
- Stir well and transfer the vanilla syrup to a small glass jar to cool.
- Use a food processor or immersion blender to process the peach chunks into a smooth pureé. Chill until ready to use.
- In a glass, add 2 tablespoons of peach pureé and 1 teaspoon of vanilla syrup.
- Top off with 4 oz. of sparking wine/prosecco/champagne and serve right away.
