Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz rose syrup
  • juice of 1 lime wedge
  • 7 oz frozen and crushed cranberry juice
  • 2 pieces Turkish delight

Instructions

  1. Freeze the cranberry juice in resealable plastic bags until solid, then crush the granita with a rolling pin.
  2. Wash off the powdered sugar from the Turkish delights and freeze them.
  3. Place one frozen Turkish delight in the bottom of a cocktail glass.
  4. Add the crushed cranberry granita to the glass.
  5. Mix the vodka, rose syrup, and lime juice together.
  6. Pour the vodka mixture over the cranberry granita.
  7. Serve with a garnish of mint or herb of your choice.
