Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Gentleman Jack whiskey
  • 1 oz Orgeat Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz Passion fruit purée
  • 1/4 oz Amaro Montenegro
  • 1/2 oz Egg white (optional)
  • Edible flower, for garnish
  • Angostura bitters, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the Gentleman Jack whiskey, orgeat syrup, lemon juice, pineapple juice, passion fruit purée, and optional egg white.
  2. Shake vigorously for 8 seconds.
  3. Remove the ice and shake again for 8 seconds.
  4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe, allowing the head of the cocktail to settle for about 3 seconds.
  5. Using an atomizer, spray Angostura bitters over half of the cocktail.
  6. Garnish with an edible flower.
