Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen seedless watermelon cubes
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup Rose wine
  • 1.50 oz sweet rum
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 mint sprig (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a good blender, combine the frozen watermelon, ice, Rose wine, and rum.
  2. Blend until it's slushy and no big chunks of ice remain.
