Ingredients

  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz amaretto
  • 1 tbsp Truvia Nectar
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice (without added sugar)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice (without added sugar)
  • Pineapple chunks (to garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut rum, amaretto, Truvia Nectar, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice in a mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
  2. Pour the mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe dish or bowl.
  3. Freeze overnight or for at least 3 hours.
  4. Remove the frozen mixture from the freezer and use the back of a spoon to smash it up, creating a slushy texture.
  5. Spoon the slush into a glass and garnish with fresh pineapple chunks.
