Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup pineapple coconut juice
  • 2 Tbsp gold rum
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1/6 cup ginger ale
  • Ice cubes
  • Pineapple wedges, lime slice, and pineapple leaf for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small pitcher, combine pineapple coconut juice, rum, and lime juice. Stir well and chill.
  2. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
