Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple (frozen pineapple would work too but you may need a little more liquid)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 2 tablespoons coconut water
  • 2 ounces rum
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Rim the glass with a lime wedge and dip into sugar, salt, or sweetener.
