Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Pineapple (peeled, cored, and cut into chunks)
  • 3/4 tablespoon Coconut Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 cup Mango puree (fresh mango peeled, pitted, and pureed)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Coconut Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Ice
  • Fresh Pineapple Wedge
  • Maraschino Cherry

Instructions

  1. Place pineapple chunks, mango puree, coconut cream, pineapple juice, coconut sugar, and ice in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed, based on the pineapple's natural sweetness.
  4. Pour into a serving glass, and garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry. Serve chilled.
