Ingredients

  • 3/8 cup Frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Ice cubes
  • 1/2 oz. White rum
  • 1/2 oz. Simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Grenadine
  • 1/2 oz Fruit Punch
  • 3/8 cup Frozen pineapples
  • 1/4 cup Ice cubes
  • 3/8 oz. Coconut rum
  • 1/8 oz. White rum
  • 1/2 oz. Cream of coconut
  • 1 oz. Pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, blend the frozen strawberries, ice cubes, white rum, simple syrup, grenadine, and fruit punch until smooth.
  2. Pour the blended strawberry layer into a hurricane glass.
  3. Rinse the blender, then blend the frozen pineapples, ice cubes, coconut rum, white rum, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice until smooth.
  4. Carefully pour the blended pineapple layer into the glass over the strawberry layer, creating a beautiful two-tone effect.
  5. Garnish with a strawberry or pineapple wedge.
