Ingredients

  • 8 oz crushed ice
  • 8.80 oz chilled pineapple juice
  • 2 oz Tanqueray gin
  • 0.50 oz elderflower cordial
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 0.50 small pineapple, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 0.50 oz fresh mint leaves, torn
  • 42 oz soda water, chilled

Instructions

  1. Fill a serving bowl with crushed ice.
