- 8.80 oz chilled pineapple juice
- 2 oz Tanqueray gin
- 0.50 oz elderflower cordial
- 2 lime wedges
- 0.50 small pineapple, peeled and thinly sliced
- 0.50 oz fresh mint leaves, torn
- 42 oz soda water, chilled
Instructions
