Ingredients

  • 1/2 organic whole pineapple
  • 1 liter mineral water
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cloves

Instructions

  1. Cut the pineapple skin into pieces and place in a large jar.
  2. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves to the jar.
  3. Pour in the mineral water and seal the jar tightly.
  4. Gently shake to mix the ingredients, then leave the jar at room temperature.
  5. Shake the jar 3 times a day for 4 to 5 days to allow gradual fermentation.
  6. When a good layer of foam forms on top, filter the drink into a sealable bottle.
  7. Leave the bottle at room temperature for 12 hours to achieve the sparkling effect.
