Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz white rum
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 0.50 oz simple syrup
  • 1 ripe peach, pitted and cubed
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 0.25 oz dark rum (optional)
  • Ground cinnamon and a cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine white rum, coconut cream, simple syrup, peaches, and Angostura bitters in a container. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Transfer the rum mixture to a blender and add 3/4 cup of ice. Blend at high speed for about 45 seconds until well mixed and thick.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into a glass and top with dark rum (if desired), a dash of cinnamon, and a cinnamon stick for garnish.
