Ingredients

  • 1 fresh passionfruit (using seeds and juices here)
  • 1.50 oz Havana Club 7 Yr Anejo Rum
  • 1 oz Coconut-infused Lillet Blanc
  • 3/4 oz Campari
  • 1 zest of orange (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Scoop out the insides of a fresh passionfruit and place them in a mixing glass with rum, Lillet, and Campari.
  2. Add ice to the mixing glass and stir until well chilled.
  3. Double strain the mixture to ensure no seeds end up in the cocktail.
  4. Pour over 1 large ice cube and garnish with a zest of orange, coconut, or passionfruit according to preference.
