Ingredients

  • 2 oz Pineapple Vodka
  • 3 tbsp fresh passionfruit pulp (about 2-3 passion fruits worth)
  • 1 tsp Lime Syrup
  • 4 oz Ginger Beer
  • Ice
  • Mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Divide the passion fruit pulp between the glasses and pour 1/2 teaspoon of lime syrup into each glass, then gently muddle.
  2. Fill the glasses with ice. Pebble ice is recommended for the best texture.
  3. Add 2 oz of pineapple vodka to each glass, then top with ginger beer.
  4. Gently stir and garnish with a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
