Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1/4 cup evaporated coconut milk
  • 1 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz rum
  • 2 tbsp key lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp toasted coconut
  • 2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
  • Lime slices

Instructions

  1. Prepare simple syrup and chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Place martini glass in the freezer for at least 20 minutes to chill.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  4. Add evaporated coconut milk, vodka, rum, key lime juice, and simple syrup to the ice. Shake well.
  5. Pour into a chilled martini glass.
  6. Garnish with lime slices, graham cracker crumbs, and toasted coconut.
