Ingredients

  • 3.50 oz coconut milk
  • 2.33 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2.50 oz cream of coconut
  • 1.50 oz white rum
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the cinnamon stick in a blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture is well-combined.
  3. Strain the coquito into an airtight bottle.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  5. Before serving, shake the bottle.
  6. Serve the chilled coquito in a lowball glass.
  7. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
