Ingredients
- 3.50 oz coconut milk
- 2.33 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2.50 oz cream of coconut
- 1.50 oz white rum
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- Cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the cinnamon stick in a blender.
- Blend until the mixture is well-combined.
- Strain the coquito into an airtight bottle.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Before serving, shake the bottle.
- Serve the chilled coquito in a lowball glass.
