Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 oz white rum
  • 1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 oz rock candy syrup (optional, 2:1 sugar to water)
  • Lime wheel (or grapefruit peel) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice.
  2. Add the white rum, Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice, lime juice, and rock candy syrup to the shaker.
