Ingredients

  • 1 tsp clear honey
  • Edible gold glitter
  • Small bunch coriander leaves
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 6 oz. pineapple juice
  • A handful of ice
  • 1 cup soda water

Instructions

  1. Using a pastry brush, coat the rim of a glass with honey and sprinkle edible gold glitter over it.
  2. Chill the glass in the fridge.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine chopped coriander leaves, lime juice, 2 oz. pineapple juice, and a handful of ice.
  4. Shake until cold and strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Add extra ice cubes to the glass.
  6. Pour in the remaining pineapple juice and soda water.
