Ingredients

  • 1 1/5 oz Vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz Guava juice
  • 3/4 oz Elderflower liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Lemon juice
  • Pink edible glitter
  • 2 oz Sparkling water
  • Barspoon beet juice (optional)
  • Pink sanding sugar, for rim
  • For garnish: Edible flower, lemon

Instructions

  1. Rim a cocktail glass with honey and dip it in pink sanding sugar.
  2. In the glass, combine vodka, elderflower liqueur, guava juice, lemon juice, and edible glitter. Stir well.
  3. Fill the glass with ice and top it off with sparkling water.
  4. If using, add beet juice and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with an edible flower and a lemon slice.
