Ingredients

  • 1 oz fresh passionfruit juice
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 oz Columbus Rum (or another Dominican rum of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/3 banana, sliced
  • 1/4 apple, cubed
  • 3 cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1/4 cup pineapple, cubed
  • 1/4 cup mango, cubed
  • 1/4 cup pear, cubed

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rum, lime juice, and all fruits except the bananas.
  2. Allow the mixture to rest in the fridge for two hours.
  3. Remove the fruit from the rum mix and spread it on a baking tray. Freeze the fruit.
  4. Mix the rum and lime mix with the passionfruit juice and chill.
  5. Just before serving, add the frozen fruits to the chilled mixture.
