Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 oz coconut milk
  • 2 1/2 oz coconut cream
  • 3 1/2 oz condensed milk
  • 3 oz evaporated milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 oz dark rum

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the rum in a large saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium, stirring frequently until the mixture begins to bubble.
  3. Remove from heat, cover, and let it infuse for 30 minutes.
  4. Add the rum and stir well.
  5. Remove the cinnamon stick and refrigerate until cold, about 1 to 2 hours.
  6. Serve with a dusting of nutmeg on top.
