Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Appleton Estate 8 yr Rum
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz Brown Sugar Syrup (1:1)
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients except the cinnamon powder in a shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously without ice for at least 30 seconds.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again until the shaker becomes too cold to touch.
  4. Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder.
