Ingredients
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup cream of coconut
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- a pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
- 2 tablespoons sweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until well mixed, for about a minute.
- Pour the mixture into a small pitcher and refrigerate until chilled.
- Pour the coquito into a glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick. Enjoy it cold.
