Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup cream of coconut
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • a pinch of ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until well mixed, for about a minute.
  3. Pour the mixture into a small pitcher and refrigerate until chilled.
  4. Pour the coquito into a glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick. Enjoy it cold.
