Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp blue curaçao
- 2 tbsp vodka
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- 2 cups ice
- Coconut flakes (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, place a small amount of cream of coconut and coconut flakes. Dip the rim of the glass into the cream of coconut, then into the coconut flakes to rim the glass.
- In a blender, combine pineapple juice, blue curaçao, vodka, cream of coconut, and ice. Blend on high until the ice is crushed, and the desired consistency is reached.
- Pour the cocktail into the rimmed glass and serve immediately.
