Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp blue curaçao
  • 2 tbsp vodka
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • 2 cups ice
  • Coconut flakes (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, place a small amount of cream of coconut and coconut flakes. Dip the rim of the glass into the cream of coconut, then into the coconut flakes to rim the glass.
  2. In a blender, combine pineapple juice, blue curaçao, vodka, cream of coconut, and ice. Blend on high until the ice is crushed, and the desired consistency is reached.
  3. Pour the cocktail into the rimmed glass and serve immediately.
