Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 6 oz pineapple juice
  • 2-4 cups carbonated water
  • 1 1/2 cups ice
  • Coconut Rum (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large blender, combine the fresh or frozen pineapple, unsweetened coconut milk, pineapple juice, and ice.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  3. Divide the blended mixture into 4-6 glasses.
