Ingredients
- 1 oz Tamarind-infused blanco tequila
- 2 oz Rosé vermouth
- 1/4 tsp Mezcal
- 1 dash Orange bitters
Instructions
- To make the tamarind-infused tequila, combine 9 oz chopped tamarind flesh with 25-27 oz blanco tequila in a vacuum-sealed bag or Kilner jar. Allow the mixture to infuse for 2 days in a sealed bag or 2 weeks in a Kilner jar, then strain through a 100-micron Superbag and rebottle for use.
- When ready to prepare the cocktail, stir all the ingredients with ice in a mixing glass.
- Fine strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
