Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. aged rhum agricole
  • 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. rich turbinado syrup (2:1)
  • 1/4 oz. Campari
  • Crack of black pepper for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add aged rhum agricole, fresh lime juice, and rich turbinado syrup to the shaker.
  3. Shake the ingredients vigorously until well-chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
  5. Slowly pour the Campari down the inside of the glass to create a layered effect.
  6. Garnish with a crack of black pepper.
