Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 5 mint leaves
- 3/4 oz orange blossom water
- 1/2 oz rose water
- 9 oz lemon syrup
- 2 oz white vermouth
- 2 oz orange liqueur
- 2 tsp cardamom
- 1 1/4 tbsp lavender
- 11 1/2 oz pinot noir
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1/3 cup thyme sprigs
- 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp dried juniper berries
Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine vodka, orange blossom water, rose water, lemon syrup, white vermouth, orange liqueur, cardamom, and lavender to make the sangria base.
- Measure 4 1/2 oz of the sangria base and mix it with the pinot noir.
- Pour the sangria into glasses and garnish with slices of lemon, lime, and orange, as well as thyme sprigs and juniper berries.
