Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 3/4 oz orange blossom water
  • 1/2 oz rose water
  • 9 oz lemon syrup
  • 2 oz white vermouth
  • 2 oz orange liqueur
  • 2 tsp cardamom
  • 1 1/4 tbsp lavender
  • 11 1/2 oz pinot noir
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1/3 cup thyme sprigs
  • 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp dried juniper berries

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, combine vodka, orange blossom water, rose water, lemon syrup, white vermouth, orange liqueur, cardamom, and lavender to make the sangria base.
  2. Measure 4 1/2 oz of the sangria base and mix it with the pinot noir.
  3. Pour the sangria into glasses and garnish with slices of lemon, lime, and orange, as well as thyme sprigs and juniper berries.
