Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz. gin or vodka
  • 2 Cara Cara oranges (approximately 3 1/2 - 4 oz. juice) plus garnish
  • 1 lime wedge
  • Sea salt for rim
  • Crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the juice from two Cara Cara oranges.
  2. Use the lime wedge to juice the rim of a rocks glass, then swirl it in flaky sea salt.
  3. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  4. Add the gin or vodka, freshly squeezed orange juice, and a squeeze of lime.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice and a lime wedge.
