- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 6 oz dry white wine
- 1/2 cup apple slices
- 1/4 cup sliced peaches
- 1/2 lemon, sliced
- 1/2 oz brandy
- 3 oz club soda
- 3/8 cup ice, or as needed
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
