  • 1.50 oz apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 6 oz dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup apple slices
  • 1/4 cup sliced peaches
  • 1/2 lemon, sliced
  • 1/2 oz brandy
  • 3 oz club soda
  • 3/8 cup ice, or as needed
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme

Instructions
