Ingredients
- 7.50 oz crushed ice
- 8 oz chilled pineapple juice
- 2 oz Tanqueray gin
- 1 oz elderflower cordial
- 2 lime wedges
- 1/4 small pineapple, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, torn
- 5 oz soda water, chilled
Instructions
- Place crushed ice in a large glass serving bowl.
- Add chilled pineapple juice, Tanqueray gin, and elderflower cordial to the bowl.
- Squeeze the lime wedges over the bowl and then add the squeezed wedges to the punch.
- Add the sliced pineapple and torn mint leaves to the bowl.
