Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup vodka
  • 1/8 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 ounces whole frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 cup rosé wine
  • 1/2-1 cup ice cubes (if needed)

Instructions

  1. In a large high-power blender, combine the vodka and sugar, then blend for about a minute to dissolve the sugar.
  2. Add the frozen strawberries and rosé to the blender and puree until smooth.
  3. Check the consistency and add 1-3 cups of ice to thicken the Frosé, if needed. Blend again to incorporate.
  4. Serve immediately or freeze until ready to use. Note that the Frosé will not completely freeze due to the alcohol content, so it can be kept in the freezer for several hours if needed.
